Accessing information has now become one of the most important stages of making the right decisions. Any institution or person, from politics to civil society, from companies to financial markets, has to access information quickly. Access to information, more precisely, to analyzed information, has a function that will enable all kinds of decisions to be taken faster and more effectively, and to distract decision makers from the method of trial and error.

The basic way to create knowledge in the social field is statistics. Statistics is the science of accurately collecting data and converting data into information. The way to generate information for the social field with different methods is through different measurement methods, especially questionnaires.

Anadolu Research is an organization established for this purpose, collecting, processing and analyzing existing information and offering it to the service of its customers and the public.

Survey Methods

As Anadolu Research Center, we are aware that each survey is a new experience, we develop new methods in accordance with the subject and target audience of that specific survey. We prepare the questions in innovative way by taking into account the target audience and the aim of the survey.

We design the sampling together with our Client. We pay attention to transparency about the process and pay attention to the fact that the data obtained belongs to the customer.

While designing the survey, we also work with the Client. We prepare the questions by taking into account the scientific facts and the sociological background of the research subject in a purposeful manner,. We develop the questions at the optimum level of detail, without ignoring the target audience's perception or prejudices of the research subject.

We inform/train our pollsters about the target audience and survey questions before the implementation phase. In this way, we ensure that they are ready for contra-questions that may come from the person attending the survey. We train our controllers and data input staff alike. We became sure that we stick to the pre-determined sample.

We attach importance to finish surveys fast by employing the high number of pollsters. In this way, we can take the Picture of the moment.

In face-to-face surveys, we control pollsters by street checks during the survey and by logical control after the implementation of survey. In addition, we control a certain number of phone calls within a few days following the realization of the survey in the questionnaires with contact information.

In telephone surveys, we randomly select some of the records and check them.

In-Depth Interviews

In cases where the information is needed that cannot be obtained through questionnaires, we prefer qualitative approach and use in-depth interview method. We recommend in-depth interviews on more notional subjects. Depth interviews can bring more realistic dimensions to the perception of people. We can get the thoughts of the target audience in more detail with well questions prepared by an expert,

We conduct preliminary studies for the scope and the questions of the in-depth interview. We use open-ended and articulating questions. We provide detailed training about the purpose of the meeting and our expectations to staff who will make the depth interviews, and we request them to direct the meeting in this direction. we organize pilot studies and change the questionnaires prepared according to the results of pilot study.
